All sales are final. While I take great care in packing each piece, please contact me via e-mail at fluxandglowglassworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your piece should it arrive damaged or broken. *Please note that if any glass must be replaced, comparable replacement glass may need to be used if original glass is not available.
